Taylorsville Utah YSA Stake Center Reservation Policy

• Reservations are only for members of the Taylorsville YSA Stake and its wards. No outside stake or ward use permitted.

• Please consider reserving your ward building prior to requesting a reservation at the stake center.

• Reservation requests will be considered within two months in advance of your event, with few exceptions.

• You must coordinate with a member of your ward leadership to be present at the end of your activity to verify that the building has been adequately cleaned and left in the same condition as before your activity. You will report who this leader is when you make your reservation. 

• You must obtain your YSA bishop's approval prior to requesting a stake center reservation. (The stake presidency will contact your bishop to verify that he has approved the request.)

• Your bishop or his designee will help you with access to the stake center and its facilities for your event.

• Multi-day reservations are not permitted. You may have access to the building on the single day of your event — not sooner, nor later. All set-up and clean-up must be completed on the same day as your event. The stake center cannot accommodate multi-day events.
